I'm 15, my first name is Robert. I want to change my last name to Zombie. Am I old enough to do it? With most things you can do anything with parental consent if you are under age(exeption of drugs, liquor).



But if your parents dont agree with the idea, im pretty sure your going to be stuck with your name how it is untill you turn 18.

You will need money (sometimes upward of $100), and you'll need to retain the services of an attorney, or start doing a lot of research online. I know someone who did a name change without an attorney, and it did go through, but not without a stern lecture from the judge about proper legal procedure.
