Changing user file name on windows vista?

My mom got me a laptop for college but the computer store had her name (tery) as the admin user. I changed that name to my name (TJ) but when i save things to the hard drive, they still save to C:/User/Tery/Doc, etc. I want to change it so it says C:/User/TJ. How do i Do this? It will not let me change the file name by right clicking?
