How can I change the name/info for music files on my Blackberry?

I loaded some music onto my SD card using the Media software that came with the blackberry, which I found frustrating to use. Now I am using the MediaSync for Itunes and like it much better, but many of the files I loaded before are dupes or have the wrong titles. I enable mass storage mode and go into the drive through my computer, but the changes I make do not seem to update once I unplug from the computer. Any suggestions?
