How do I change a file name?

I have a my picture pasted onto a word document, how to I change this file to a jpg file?



I need help with the asap so any help I can get is greatly appreciated.

Otherwise you need a program to %26quot;convert%26quot; your image to the appropriate extension type. Paint might be able to do it. I use Paint Shop Pro.
