I have an AC/DC song on my Sansa mp3 player, when I go to properties, then to summary on the file to change the artist name it won't save. I'll type in %26quot;AC/DC%26quot;, without the quotes, but when I apply and close out the menu it shows up as %26quot;AC%26quot; or %26quot;DC.%26quot; Any ideas how to fix this? File Name Will Not Change?make sure when you try to change the song that its not in use by any other programs, because if anything else is accessing it, it will not allow the changes to save.
so rename them on your computer and resave it to your mp3 player, and make sure no programs are accessing the song.
