How do i change my file names from blue to black?

After De-fragmenting my hard drives i have noticed a lot of files and folders have blue lettering instead of black. I know that this is because they are compressed files. I was able to change them back to black on my old pc but i have forgotten how.

But now that you know the cause of the color change, you may want to retain this visual indication that a file is compressed. How do i change my file names from blue to black?Right Click on the %26quot;Blue%26quot; File/Folder, Goto Properties, Stay on General Tab, Click on %26quot;Advanced [at the bottom], Untick %26quot; Encrypt contents to secure data. %26quot;.
